You are responsible for selecting files you are allowed to process and for following applicable contract, employer, customer, and information-security rules.

The product creates a deterministic index of supported text-bearing files. It does not provide legal, procurement, proposal, compliance, security, or other professional advice.
No guarantee about the solicitation
Search results depend on supported formats and extractable text. Scans, unsupported files, corrupt files, encryption, unusual layouts, and parser limitations can omit content. You remain responsible for reading the source material and deciding what work is required.
Version-one exclusions
There is no OCR, image understanding, AI analysis, SAM.gov access, amendment comparison, cloud storage, shared workspace, or support claim for FCI/CUI or controlled attachments.
Credits
A package-index credit is used only after local indexing reaches a successful terminal state. The free allowance is browser-local and intentionally resettable. Paid license codes should be saved by the buyer.
